Complainant has filed a petition registered as IA/37/2021 stating that OP 4, namely, Netai Chandra Koner died leaving behind their legal heirs and successors and they need to be substituted in place of OP 4, since deceased.

The petition is allowed.

Let the legal heirs of deceased OP 4 as named in the petition be substituted.

Complainant to file amended petition of complaint accordingly.

Fix 19.01.2022 for filing amended petition of complaint.
