This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite parties in selling defective vehicle along with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.23,00,000/-  being the entire cost of car value paid by the complainant or otherwise new model same car or to pay a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- for the cost of repairing amount and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards cost of the proceedings to the complainant.

No representation for Complainant.  No proof affidavit filed by the complainant.  Several opportunities given.  Today also there was no representation.  Passed over and called twice.  Proof affidavit was filed by 2^nd opposite party.  We are of the view that no purpose in keeping the complaint on file and hence consumer complaint dismissed for default.  No cost.
