                    None for the complainant.

                    Shri Deepesh Shukla, learned counsel for the opposite party no.1 and 2.

                    None for the opposite party no.3.

                    None was present for the complainant on 19.01.2022, 02.03.2022, 23.05.2022, 13.02.2023 and 14.03.2023. SPC was also issued to complainant and its counsel on 26.05.2022.

                    In compliance of order dated 01.10.2021, on 24.11.2021 the complainant’s counsel received the copy of notice for service on opposite party no.3 in humdast manner, but no report regarding humdast service on opposite party no.3 has been filed.

                    This complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution as also for non-compliance of the order.
