Per – Hon’ble Smt. Usha S. Thakare, Presiding Judicial Member  

          None present for the Applicant/Appellant.  Adv. Karansingh Shekhawat instructed by Adv. Pushkar P. Patankar is present on behalf of Non-Applicant/Respondent No.1.  Application for condonation of delay is already dismissed as against Non-Applicant/Respondent No.2.  None present for the Non-Applicant/Respondent No.3.  On the previous date viz. 12/03/2015, as per request of the Applicant/Appellant time was granted till today by way of a last chance to advance oral submissions on the application for condonation of delay.  However, today the Applicant/Appellant has failed to appear before this Commission without any sufficient reasons.  Hence, application for condonation for delay stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution.  Consequently, appeal does not survive for consideration.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
