          This complaint has been filed by the complainants against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and deficiency in service with interest and also to pay cost of the complaint.

        Both Complainants and opposite parties are appeared in this Forum and filed Joint Compromise Memo.  In view of the Memo this case is dismissed as settled out of Forum.  No cost.
