                Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed even sufficient time is given and it is noted that it is pending from 22.05.2015. i.e. nearing 5 months, the complainant is continuously absent and no other representation. It clearly shown the disinterest of the complainant in the progress of this complaint. Therefore, there is no justification to proceed further without any progress.  Hence this complaint is dismissed for default. No costs.
