ORDER

Above decision is applicable to the facts of the case. Perhaps the complainant is not appearing deliberately knowing that complaitn is not maintainable. <br /> In view of the above discussion, we are of the opinion that the complainant cannot considered as consumer and as such complaint is not maintainable. He may seek his remedy at Civil Court if he is advised to do so.<br /> Hence the complaint stands dismissed as it is not maintainable.<br /> No costs.
