Sh.Manpreet Singh Bedi, Proprietor of the respondent got recorded his statement that he has paid Rs.60000/- in cash to the applicant and a cheque bearing No.465031 dated 18.2.2016 for Rs.25000/- to the applicant. In view of the above statement, Sh.Gurbir Singh, applicant got recorded his statement that he has compromised the matter with the respondent. Respondent is ready to pay Rs.85000/- in lump sum out of which he has received Rs.60000/- today in the Forum. He has received one cheque bearing No.465031 dated 18.2.2016 for Rs.25000/- of ICICI Bank as security against the amount of Rs.25000/- deposited by the respondent before the Hon'ble State Commission. He undertook to return the above said cheque to the respondent with interest,if any, on Rs.25000/- when the said amount which was deposited by the respondent before the Hon'ble State Commission, will be encashed. He also undertook not to misuse the above said cheque and he will encash the above said cheque, if he will not receive the amount of Rs.25000/- deposited by the respondent before the Hon'ble State Commission. He withdrew the present execution application as nothing is due against the respondent. Resultanlty, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
