                                                            ORDER

1.                       Sh.Anuj Mehrotra, Sales Executive of OP No.1 has brought a cheque of Rs.10,000/- dated 23.7.2010 in the name of complainant, which Sh.Prahlad Bhagat Vasudeva, Advocate for Complainant has received and made statement for withdrawal of the execution application, which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Prahlad Bhagat Vasudeva, Advocate for Complainant.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. I have received pay order of Rs.10,000/- bearing No. 113749, dated 23.7.2010, drawn on The Jammu & Kashmir Bank Limited, Sector 17-C, Chandigarh, in favour of complainant from Sh.Anuj Mehrotra, Sales Executive of OP. I withdraw the present execution application as satisfied.”

 

2.                     In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
