Present:       None for the complainant.

                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.40 p.m.  but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This complaint was filed by the complainant on 13.06.2013, and since then it is pending for notice to the OP for want of correct address and registered cover etc.  The complainant after availing a number of opportunities over a span of more than 2 years has failed to furnish correct address of the OP and registered cover for service of OP.  For the last several hearings none is appearing on behalf of the complainant.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  No further adjournment is justified.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
