Present:Complainant in person with counsel Sh. Arvinder Kumar Adv.

             OP No.1 already ex-parte.

             Sh.Randeep Singh, Advocate, counsel for OP No.2.

 

                   Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant being last opportunity. However, complainant made a statement that compromise has been effected with the Ops and he does not want to pursue the present complaint, which may be filed.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
