Extract of Order No. 21 dtd. 08.07.2023

                        In vide of the amicable settlement between both the parties, the Complainant has paid the entire settlement amount i.e, Rs. 40,000/- to the Op and to that effect Op has filed on undertaking alongwith a memo and agreed that the Op shall close the loan A/c of the Complainant and accordingly NOC will be issued to the Complainant within a period of 45 days and further the Op has agreed to doop/withdraw the Arbitration proceeding pending against the Complainant. Hence, the present C.C.Case No. 42/2022 is disposed off as per the settlement between the parties.
