The counsel for the complaint has appended a note on the complaint that he withdraws the same due to some technical defect.

                   The counsel for the complainant states that  the  complaint be returned to him.

                   In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, as per law.

                   The copies of all the sets of the complaint be returned to the complainant after retaining one true certified copy of the complaint for record. 

                   Certified copy be sent to the complainant free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
