Complainant absent even today. Vide order dated 20.09.2023 complainant was  directed to file the invoice of purchase of the goods but the same has not been filed even today. Even on previous date he was absent. As such it appears that the complainant has lost interest in persuing this case. As such, in view of the above said facts of the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
