This case record was placed before the Mediator –Mr. Samaresh Kumar Mitra for the purpose of mediation.

Ld. Mediator has performed the mediation and in course of mediation proceeding both parties arrived at settlement.

Ld. Mediator Sri Samaresh Kumar Mitra submitted the mediation report.

In compliance of mediation report the complainant received the Demand Draft of HDFC Bank being No.007191 dated 22/09/2023 of Rs.12,500/- and also received Rs.11,500/- in cash. One petition has been filed for disposal of the case on the basis of the mediation report.

Let the mediation report submitted by Mr. Samaresh Kumar Mitra be accepted and as the case has been settled in view of the mediation and the amount fixed by the mediator has also been received by the complainant, let this complaint case no.156/2023 be disposed of.
