The complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that his dispute has been redressed, therefore, does not want to pursue with the present complaint being fully satisfied. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as having been fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
