                   Today the present case is fixed for consideration before Lok Adalat.                             

                Heard. The counsel for complainant had made a statement before this Commission that due to some technical deficiency, he wants to withdraw the present case and he may be permitted to file a fresh complaint. His statement in this regard was recorded separately by this Commission on 25.8.2023.

                    In view of above statement of counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the appropriate court/competent authority as per law.

                   Certified copy of the above order be supplied to the parties free of costs.

                   File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
