Today all the complainants have filed an affidavit in support of their previously filed petition dated 13.10.2023 by filing which the complainants all have not intended to proceed with the complaint case since the matter in dispute had been resolved among them and the Ops.

Affidavit furnished by the complainant Anupan Roy on behalf of himself and all the other complainants together with varification of the contents endorsed by all the complainants of this complaint case. Let it be kept with the case record.

It is appearing that by filing this affidavit the complainants are confirming their previously filed petition dated 13.10.2023 that they had not intended to proceed with the complaint case anymore.

In this backdrop, it is

                                    ORDERED

That this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution but without cost.

Accordingly, this Complainant Case being No. CC/8/2023 is disposed of.
