Sh.Tarang Chopra, Advocate ld.counsel for the complainant appeared and made the following statement before this District Consumer Commission.
“Stated that  due to some technical flaws in the instant complaint, I withdraw the present complaint. However, the complainant may be given liberty to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action at later stage.”
Keeping in view the aforesaid statement of Sh.Tarang Chopra, Advocate ld.counsel for the complainant recorded today separately, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if he so desires, in accordance with law. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs and thereafter, the file be consigned to record room after compliance.
