                   The Decree Holder has made statement that he has received a cheque  No.001374  dated 29.5.2016 from the Judgment Debtors in compliance of the order under execution as full and final satisfaction. Hence, he withdraw the execution petition. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.                In view of that the present application is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
