Complainant and Opposite Party-2 filed compromise dated 11.02.2017. Hence looking to the terms of compromise, OP-2 has given a cheque in the  sum of Rs.15,800/- bearing no-“014980” drawn on City Bank Ltd. dated 31.01.2017 to the complainant as against full & final settlement. The complainant has received above said cheque from OP-2.
