 Complainant is   absent   today   without   any   steps.   Opp. party    is   present     today   through   ld.    counsel.   We have   gone   through   the   entire   record    and   found   that   complainant has   filed   evidence  on    affidavit   on  4/3/2020.  Thereafter, the   complainant    has   not appear  to    adduce        their   evidence    before   this   commission    till   today.   We have  found   that   the   complainant   is absent   since   2020     till  today.  From the   conduct  of the   complainant    it is seen    that   complainant is       not   interested    to   continue the trial     of this   case.

 So,  case is  dismissed   for default.
