Today is fixed for taking steps by the complainant. O.P. is present by filing haizrah. It is from the record that on dt. 03.03.2023 Order No. 9 we dismissed the complaint petition for non-prosecution in this case. On the very same date at 1.15 (noon) Ld. Advocate of complainant appears before this Commission and prays for necessary order of restoration of this case. On that day we heard, the prayer of the complainant and restore the case again. After that several opportunities were given to the complainant on dt. 20.03.2023, 04.04.2023 & 15.05.2023 for appearance of the complainant and taking steps by the complainant. In both the occasion. Complainant fails to take proper steps. Today also the complainant is absent without taking any step. It is time now 3.15.p.m. in repeated calls neither the complainant nor its Ld. Advocate is found present.

Accordingly we are all of view that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with this matter.

Hence it is therefore,                                                                                                      

O R D E R E D

That the instant case no 91 of 2022 is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution by the complainant.

Let a copy of this order be given to parties free of cost.
