Present:   Complainant with Sh.Umesh Kumar Saini, Adv.

                Sh.Sudesh Sharma, Adv. for opponent No.1.

                Opponent No.2 ex-parte.

                Sh. Nikhil Gupta, Adv. for opponent No.3.

 

ORDER:

                On the basis of even date application, file taken up on today. The counsel for opponents No.1 & 3, who were present in the Commission, notified about the application and has signed the application. 

                Complainant suffered his statement, intending to withdraw the present complaint, with the rider to file a fresh complaint, if desires so.

               In view of the statement suffered by the complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. However, complainant shall be at liberty to to raise his grievance before the appropriate Forum, if advised so.  Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned free of costs. The official concerned, who officiating as Reader is directed to incorporate necessary entry into relevant register, showing the complaint has been finally disposed off on today i.e. 7.3.2024, instead of 14.3.2024.  File be consigned to the records.
