                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.10 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the parties.  This case was filed by the complainant on 01.01.2014.  Since the filing of this complaint, it is pending for notice to OP no. 2 but OP no. 2 could not be served for want of registered cover and copy of complaint.  The complainant, despite getting adjournments over  a period of about 3 years has failed to furnish the registered cover and copy of complaint.  From the perusal of the order sheet, we found that nobody is appearing in this case on behalf of the complainant since 25.01.2016.  Though the case is being adjourned in the absence of the complainant or his counsel, but the complainant has faied to comply with the order.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  The complaint of the complainant is hereby dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
