          This is an execution application filed by the Petitioner/Complainant herein under Section 27 of Consumer Protection Act seeking to punish the Respondent/ Opposite party for failing to pay the amount of Rs.43,33,037/- as decreed by this Commission in CC No.55/2006 dated 22.09.2008 and pass such other order or orders as this Commission deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

2.       It is stated that the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad passed orders on 03.11.2015 disposing off the FA 484/2008 remanding back the matter to be decided on merits.  A memo to that extent is filed in CC No.55/2006 on the file of this Commission.

3.       In view of orders passed in FA 484/2008 by the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi on 03.11.2015, the complaint bearing CC No.55/2006 is restored to file and posted to 19.01.2016. 

4.       In view of the orders of the National Commission as above, this EA becomes infructuous and is accordingly closed.
