Present:       Sh. Pawan Kumar Bansal Advocate for the complainant       alongwith complainant.

ORDER

                    Complainant has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the OPs and thus, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Statement recorded separately.

                   Heard.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as the matter has been compromised in between both the parties. Certified copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned after due compliance.
