Present:             Sh. Ranvir Sood, Advocate for the complainant.

                       

                       

        Fresh address not filed. Perusal of the file reveals that on 29.06.2022, the complainant was directed to furnish the fresh address of OPs No.1 & 2 within 15 days and case was adjourned to 29.08.2022, 07.09.2022, 18.10.2022 but fresh address of OPs No.1 & 2 was not filed and case was adjourned to 07.12.2022. Again on 07.12.2022, the fresh address of OPs No.1 & 2 was not furnished and case was adjourned to 19.01.2023 subject to last opportunity. Today, again despite the last opportunity, the fresh address of OPs No.1 & 2 has not been provided. No justification has been provided for non furnishing of the address of OPs No.1 & 2. In these circumstances, we are of the view that no useful purpose is being served by repeatedly adjourning the matter for the same purpose. In our opinion, it would be appropriate to adjourn the case Sine Die till the correct address of the OPs No.1 & 2 is provided by the complainant to the Commission, and we order accordingly. However, it is made clear that the complainant shall be at liberty to get the present complaint restored at its original number as and when he is able to provide the correct address of the OPs No.1 & 2.
