     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. Telephonic message received from Sh.Devinder Kumar, Counsel for Complainant that the matter has been settled between the parties and complainant has received Rs.1,50,000/- towards full and final settlement in this case. Counsel for complainant has prayed for withdrawal of the present complaint. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.  

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
