1.                     Parties appeared and the complainant has made statement, which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Ashok Kumar, Complainatn in person with counsel Sh.Sanjay Judge, Advocate for Complainant.

 

I withdraw my execution application as the battery has been replaced by the OPs with new one and I am fully satisfied, without prejudice to my right of fresh warranty”   

 

 

2.                     Keeping in view the above statement, since the complainant has withdrawn the present execution application, without prejudice to his right of fresh warranty, the same is allowed and the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
