Oral Order (As per Sri R.Lakshminarasimha Rao, Hon’ble Member)
1. Hyderabad `550/- from the complainant towards outstanding amount as also for the purpose of closure of the account.
2. `450/- and`4,750/- for the transaction on 23.12.2006 with the opposite party no.3 and a sum of`5,000/- on 24.12.2006 in regard to the transaction with the opposite party no.4 totalling to`10,200/-. `14,198.01 towards the outstanding amount as the credit card was not blocked till 16.12.2007.

4. `11,076.52 ps was `10,200/- with interest.

6. `10,200/- demanded for the transaction from 23.12.2006 to 24.12.2006 and directed the opposite parties to pay a sum of`2,000/- towards compensation and`500/- towards costs and dismissed the complaint against the opposite parties no.3 and 4.

1) Whether the complainant had given intimation immediately after he lost the credit card?
2) Whether the opposite parties no.1 and 2 were negligent in blocking the credit card of the complainant pursuant to the intimation given thereon?

But today at about 10 a.m. when I was travelling in an APSRTC Bus from Koti to L.B.Nagar the above said credit has been lost/stolen by some unknown person which I came to know in LB Nagar Bus Stop.
10. `4,750/- and`450/- and for an amount of`5000/- on 24.12.2006 with the opposite party no.4.
