Today is fixed for order. Jdr complied the order of the Ld forum and today Jdr deposited the disputed amount of Rs 1700/ vide cheque no 348990 dt 25-6-19 of SBI Barabazar, chandanagore branch Hooghly in favour of Dhr Pradip Kumar Paramanik.

Dhr received the cheque. This is the full and final settelement. Thus the case is disposed pf with full and final settelement. Xerox copy of cheque is annexed.
