ORDER

25.5.18.                      None for appellant.

                                    This appeal is pending since 15.6.2017.  No certified copy of the impugned order has been filed by the appellant.  Apart from it, the appeal is barred by 1 year 1 month and 7 days.  On 17.7.2017 when the case was listed for hearing none appeared for the appellant, therefore, a SPC was issued to appellant informing the next date of hearing.  Despite that none appeared on 1.8.2017, 6.9.2017, 25.10.2017, 16.1.2018 and 12.3.2018 when the case was listed for hearing.  SPCs were repeatedly issued to appellant on 25.10.2017, 16.1.2018 and 12.3.2018 informing the dates of hearing.  Since none appeared even once, it appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.  It is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
