                        Today Amar Singh has made a statement that he withdraws the present complaint being redressed of grievance under the complaint. His statement to this effect, recorded separately.

                        In view of the statement, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
