Today is fixed for making payment of the decreed amount to the DHr.

 Complainant files hazira through his Ld lawyer. Ld lawyer for the DHR files a petition stating that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and complainant(DHR) received the settled amount  a xerox of the cheque is also enclosed with the petition.
