              Complainant-DH, he has made a statement the he has received DD No. 227234 dated 01.09.2016 for Rs. 36125 from the Respondent JD in compliance of the order pass by this Forum. Now Noting is due toward the Ops JD so, he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
