Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019.

 Present:   Shri Vikas Yadav, counsel for complainant.

                   Shri Abhimanyu, representative of OP No.1.

                   Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for OP No.2. 

 

         

          Today the case was fixed for filing written version on behalf of OP No.1. Written version not filed. However, learned counsel for OP No.2 suffered his statement to the effect that, if the complainant withdraws the present complaint, then OP No.2 is ready to pay 90% of the bill amount i.e. ₹61,830/- to the complainant within thirty days from today on receiving of old unit.

          Learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that in view of the statement of learned counsel for OP No.2, he withdraws the present complaint.  

                    In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
