2.       Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd Head Office: 20^th to 24^th Floor, Two Horizon Centre, Golf Course Road, Sector-43, DLF PH-V Gurgaon, Haryana Pin 1222202, through its Managing Manager/Authorised person.

Complaint u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

 Present:    Shri Bhupinder Singh Rana, counsel for complainant.

                   Shri Abhimanyu Sharma, representative of OP No.1.

                   Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for OP No.2.

 

                   File taken up on an application for taken up the case file on the ground that the matter has been compromised and the complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint.

          Learned counsel for OP No.2 made a statement that OP No.2 is ready to refund full amount i.e. ₹51,200/- on returning of old unit to the service centre. He sought time for making payment to the complainant. 

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for complainant made a statement that in view of the statement made by learned counsel for OP No.2, he withdraws the present complaint.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
