This Execution Application was filed by the petitioner/Decree Holder against the Judgment Debtor/3^rd opposite party for compliance of the order passed in CC.No.42-2008 dated 20.08.2015 failing which,  to issue warrant of arrest U/S 27 of Consumer Protection Act 1986.

No representation for Decree Holder.  Execution Application pending for long time for Execution of warrant.  Warrant issued on 30.06.2016.  However, it was represented that as Decree Holder was abroad, warrant could not be executed. Till today no steps taken to execute the warrant.  No representation made inspite of matter passed over till 1pm.  Hence, we are of the view that no purpose in keeping the Execution Application on file.  Execution Application closed.  No cost.

   This order was pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 28^th July 2023.
