This is an execution application filed by the Petitioner/Complainant herein under Section 27 of Consumer Protection Act seeking to direct the Respondents/Opposite parties to comply with the orders passed by this Commission dated 20.03.2012 in C.C.No.12/2011 ordering the Opposite parties to pay in all Rs.55,55,000/- together with compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- and costs of Rs.20,000/- failing which, to punish the Opposite parties with maximum punishment and fine as provided in law and to pass such other order or orders in the circumstances of the case.
2. Counsels on either side present. Petitioner present in person. Counsel for the Respondents/Opposite parties brought to the notice of this Commission the orders passed by Hon’ble National Commission in FA No.666/2013 dated 15.10.2014.
3. Heard. Perused the orders of the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in FA No.666/2013, dated 15.10.2014. Wherein the Hon’ble Commission has restored the C.C.No.12/2011 for fresh adjudication giving opportunity to file written version on behalf of the Opposite parties and accordingly disposed of the appeal.
4. In view of the orders of Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in FA 666/2013, dated 15.10.2014 the present execution application becomes infructuous and accordingly dismissed.
