The complainant is continuously absent since 27-03-2019. The Commission has issued the notice to the complainant to appear and to furnish the correct address of the opposite party. The Notice was sent to the complainant on 23-01 -23 and is seen served on 27.01.2023 as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department. The complainant has not turned up so far. So many chances were given to the complainant to furnish the correct address of the opposite party. The complainant is not interested to proceed further. Hence the complaint is closed as the default of the complainant.
