ORDER

Dharamvir Vs. M/s Sanjeev Enterprises

 

Present:-   None for the complainant.

                OP No. 1 ex parte.

 

                Case has been called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant nor any counsel appeared before this commission up to 3:30 PM. Further wait is justified.

                Perusal of case file shows that on 06.05.2021 notice to OP No. 2 could not be issued due to non filing of correct address and copy of complaint. Complainant through counsel was directed to file correct address and registered cover of OP No.2, but he failed to provide the same till today, despite availing eight opportunities of the order of the Commission, which means that the complainant is no more willing to prosecute this complaint, therefore, the present complaint is hereby dismissed, for want of prosecution. However, in the interest of natural justice, permission is granted to the complainant, to file afresh complaint against the Ops, if he so desires or advised, and fresh complaint shall be subject to period of limitation. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, as per rules. File be consigned to the records, after due compliance.
