ORDER

 

            Latest correspondence exchanged between the parties, annexure 314 page 55 onwards, shows address of the complainant at Kingsway camp, Delhi-09 which falls under the north district. Aadhar Card not placed on record. Complainant seeks time to place on record proof of address for maintainability of this complaint on territorial jurisdiction of this Commission returnable on 27.03.2024.

 

At later, however an instructions of the complainant,counsel for complainant seeks liberty to withdraw the matter and file it before appropriate commission. Request allowed. Matter is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room. Let original file be returned to complainant after retaining one copy on record.
