Complainant and Opposite Party filed letter of satisfaction dated 22.04.2016 which has been attested by this Forum on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP has paid the amount of Rs. 11,500/- to the complainant as against full & final settlement. The complainant has received payment to the OP.
