Heard Sh. Prashant Arora, Counsel for OP-1 i.e. Samsung India Pvt. Ltd. and Sh. Manoj Kumar, AR for OP-2 i.e. Sargam India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for the complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 22.04.2019, 05.08.2019 & 23.10.2019 consecutively. Several calls have been given since morning. But none on behalf of the complainant has appeared. Moreover, OPs have filed their written statement on 10.09.2018 and despite giving various opportunities.

It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing his case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of the complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above. File be consigned to record room.
