3.         M/s Raju Traders, SCF 212, Near Local Bus Stand, Mani Majra, Chandigarh.

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present: Mr.S.C.Binjola, Adv., for the complainant.

                        Mr.Sandeep Suri, Adv., for the Ops No.1 & 2.

                        Op No.3 already ex-parte.

 

                       

Today the case was fixed for filing reply to the application and consideration. At this stage, the counsel for the Ops No.1 & 2 has made a separate statement in which he states that for the purpose of amicable settlement, the company offers to repair the mobile set to the satisfaction of the complainant and also offers additional three months warranty as per original terms. Counsel for the complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that the terms offered by M/s Samsung India regarding the complete repair of mobile set to the best satisfaction of the complainant are accepted.

Heard. In view of the compromised between the parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
