  1.     M/s Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. through its Director, B-1, Sector-81,       Phase-2, Noida, District Gautam Budha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
  2.     M/s Kohli Telecom through its Proprietor/Manager/Authorized official        Authorized Service Centre of Samsung 374-A, Adjoining Gurudwara, Prem Nagar, Ambala City.
  3.     M/s Shilpa Agencies through its Proprietor/Partner, Rai Market, near Petrol          Pump, Ambala Cantt-133001.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, in the aforesaid case, Shri Rajiv Sachdeva, Advocate has appeared on behalf of OP No.1, and filed an application for taking up the matter today for compromise. In the interest of justice, application is allowed and file is taken up today. Learned counsel for the OP No.1 has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that compromise has been effected between the parties. As per the said compromise, OP No.1 is ready to pay invoice amount of Rs.1,00,700/- and Rs.4,482/- amount of extended warranty within 45 days from today, subject to return of old refrigerator with accessories.  Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement given by the learned counsel for the OP No.1 and agrees with the same and withdraw the present complaint.

                   In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OP No.1 and learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
