This case coming on 7-7-2014 for filing Complainant’s Affidavit in the presence of C.R.Vasantha Kumar, Advocate for the Complainant, and of Sri.S.Ramamoorthy Niadu, Advocate for the Opposite Party, having stood over till this day for consideration, the Forum made the following:
DOCKET ORDER
(As per the Honourable President FAC on behalf of the Bench)
1. The Claim of the Complainant is to direct the Opposite Party to furnish the complete account statement duly specifying the particulars with respect to the Account No.060121451868, to direct the Opposite Party to adjust the amounts illegally deducted from the complainant’s account towards additional hire charges along with interest thereon from the respective date of payment till the date of its adjustment, to direct the Opposite Party to pay for compensation for causing mental agony and financial hardship at Rs.1,50,000/- and to pay costs of this complaint at Rs.10,000/- and such other relief or reliefs as the Honourable Forum deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. While so, when the matter is called, on 7-7-2014, the Complainant filed a memo stating that he is not pressing the complaint, hence, C.C. is dismissed as not pressed.
