                   Gautam Yadav       Vs      M/s Sai Telecom Gurgaon

 

 

Present        Shri Narender Yadav, Adv for the complainant.

                   Learned counsel for the opposite party No. 3 has made a statement that OP-3 is ready to refund 75 % of the  cost of the mobile which comes to Rs.8100/- to the complainant on deposit of old handset in question or original job card of service centre along with all accessories.

                 The complainant has also made a statement that he is agreed with the statement made by learned counsel for the opposite party no.3 and in view of the statement made by him, his complaint may be disposed off accordingly.

                In view of the statement made by the parties, we direct the opposite party No.3  to refund 75 % of the  cost of the mobile i.e. Rs.8100/- on deposit of old handset in question or original job card of service centre along with all accessories. The opposite party No.3 shall make the compliance of the order within 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.  The complaint stands disposed off accordingly.
