 ORDER:

 

                 Sh.Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for the OPs has made a statement that  the OPs are  ready to pay  a sum of   Rs.7000/- i.e. depreciated value of the mobile to the complainant,  within thirty days subject to the condition that the complainant shall  return the old mobile set alongwith the accessories to the Ops. Thereafter, the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint.

2.                    Therefore, in view of the statements made by the parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
